Weddings at No3 The Chateau
One of the most beautiful places in the world to get married is this gorgeous chateau. It was built in 1805 and it was actually a Cognac distillery though now it’s just a wedding venue that hosts the most memorable days for brides and grooms from around the world.
When did this wedding start doing weddings?
No3 welcomed its first wedding through the gates in 2022 and it took over 5 years to get it to look as beautiful as it does.
What is the style and vibe of the venue?
The owner of the venue Jules Berry is so proud and passionate about the venue and loves the light at the venue. Jules’s effort has resulted in a timeless French style full of stunning antique furniture and is full of neutral tones all over. Overall the vibe is luxurious with a contemporary and chic vibe. Perfect place to host a beautiful wedding.
Wedding Guests + Dinner
The venue has three great options for your destination wedding breakfast. Choose from inside the Chai Barn, next to the pool in the open arched pool barn or under the Estrade.
Although the venue can host up to 140 guests for your destination wedding the accommodation at the venue has only space for 12 close family members and friends. There is plenty of accommodation within a 10km radius though.
Wedding Mornings At The Chateau
What better way to start your French wedding than with fresh pastries and fresh coffee on the stunning terrace. Then before your bridal preparations begin you can take a dip in the heated pool or even take a stroll through the idyllic vineyards before you head back to have your hair and make-up commence. Once you and your bridesmaids are ready you’ll be chauffeured to the next step of your fairytale.
Wedding Ceremonies At No3 The Chateau
Outdoor ceremonies are more common here though if the weather is bad or you prefer an indoor ceremony you have that also. Outdoor ceremony locations include; in front of the venue and on the circular green by the Pigeonnier. The renovators of the venue have gone to extreme lengths to make sure either location will be the most beautiful wedding ceremony. Once your wedding ceremony is over the grounds and space for your wedding guests to enjoy a glass of fizz is just breathtaking.
Wedding Photography at No3 The Chateau
I’ve photographed destination weddings all over the world though there is just something blissful about weddings in France. Shooting weddings at No3 the Chateau though is always a little extra!
The light is just incredible and even the owner of the venue wanted to make sure that light was so important during the restoration process.
So from a photographer’s perspective, it’s a dream venue. From using my candid approach with an editorial twist I love documenting the bridal preparations in the morning and then making the most beautiful bridal portraits before the ceremony begins.
The outdoor ceremony location also has the most beautiful light to make the most amazing images as you say your vows. I have multiple cameras with me on a wedding day to ensure I’m making images from different perspectives. I also have a drone with me to make some stunning scene-setting images of your wedding venue. I always deliver a mixture of colour and black and white wedding photos to my couples. However, if you have a strong preference on this I’ll always listen during the consultation process.
