Having the opportunity to make some Primrose Hill Farm Wedding Photography this year is amazing. What an amazing wedding venue this is. This rural Oxfordshire venue is a great setting for such an occasion. It consists of grade II listed buildings, courtyards and gardens. So throw in a bride or groom here and there and a load of wedding guests ready to have a great time and you have something special.
Located as far north in The Cotswolds as you can get. Primrose Hill Farm has the most beautiful house that’s used for the bridal preparations. Here for Joanne + Josh’s wedding I spent a little time with the girls getting ready in the morning. You can see the gorgeous light that hits the front of the house. This would make anyone with a camera get excited. So taking photos of bridal prep here was a dream.
Primrose Hill Farm has the most beautiful barn in which you can have your wedding ceremony. It’s simply perfect. It suits my style of wedding photography so well. There is a large window that provides the most beautiful light on the couple durning the device itself. The short walk from the main house is really pretty too. You can see the bride here and the farther of the bride just leaving the house to head for the ceremony.

After the confetti shot was complete (in less than 5 mins total) the bride and groom greeted all of their wedding guest and it was just full of candid photography moments. I could have easily gone overboard here with images like that.
I’m always excited when I have my camera and we have some gorgeous sunlight. Though I can be equally excited when the weather isn’t as great. You can see here that Primrose Hill Farm is just gorgeous in every direction. These portraits of the bride and groom where taken over a 10-15 minute laid back shoot all over the venue.
This is the real emotional part of a wedding. The canid photo opportunities are great here as most of the wedding party and the guests are focused on the speaker. It has such a great room this venue. This venue can cater for smaller intimate weddings or larger ones like this one. Into the evening and using my ability to use off camera flash I was able to get these really great images of the first dance. Then following that i’ve tried to capture the energy of the dance-floor.
